Tracy Tofte is known for her tireless commitment to her clients and a work ethic that was ingrained long before she ever entered real estate.
With over 20 years of experience and over $450 million in homes sold, Tracy serves buyers and sellers locally in the Santa Clarita Valley, throughout California and across the globe. She has referred business internationally and worked with clients from around the world, combining cutting-edge technology, strategic marketing and a deeply personal approach to deliver exceptional results. Her clients value not only her market expertise, but the calm guidance and transparency she brings to what is often one of life's biggest decisions.
Before real estate, Tracy built her career in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer and actress, appearing in national television commercials, spending six seasons as Heather Owens on ABC's hit sitcom Mr. Belvedere, and dancing with Michael Jackson. The discipline, attention to detail and drive that entertainment demanded now define how she runs her real estate business.
Whether she's helping a first-time buyer, a growing family or a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, Tracy's focus is always the same: clear communication, smart strategy and unwavering advocacy, so every client feels confident, informed and truly cared for from start to finish.
Frank brings a veteran's discipline and a negotiator's focus to every transaction.
Frank is a U.S. Army veteran and former law enforcement officer with 23+ years in real estate. He built a $50 million real estate team and has coached thousands of agents. A third-degree black belt who has trained in martial arts since he was 16, he brings that same discipline to every negotiation.
